Ms. Rainey is a registered Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with 15 years of experience in the geotechnical field. She has experience as a Project Manager, Project/Design Engineer and Resident Field Engineer on heavy civil and environmental projects throughout the State of Colorado and Wyoming. These projects have included construction and design engineering on dam projects, geotechnical and environmental investigations, environmental remediation, and land development design. Her experience on these projects ranges from conceptual layout to final design, specifications, cost estimates and construction related engineering, surveying, and extensive quality control/quality assurance. She specializes in slurry wall and slope liner design to convert aggregate mines into below grade reservoirs.
