The client for this project is the owner of two swine production facilities near Lamar,
Colorado.
Deere & Ault is providing ongoing services to rehabilitate and reestablish
environmental compliance at this swine finishing facility near Lamar, Colorado.
The most recent tenant at these facilities was placed in receivership, and has abandoned
the facilities in need of infrastructure rehabilitation and under Notices of Violation
issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
Deere & Ault has been retained to provide water resources, environmental, and
agricultural engineering services in order to restore the productive function of facility
infrastructure and to resolve all outstanding matters of environmental compliance.
Ongoing activities include periodic site inspections, environmental testing and reporting,
and lagoon rehabilitation design.
