Mr. Foster is a registered Professional Engineer with expertise in geotechnical engineering. He performs geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design for commercial, industrial, and government projects.

He has experience as a Resident Engineer on several heavy civil construction and engineering projects throughout the State of Colorado for both governmental agencies and private industry.

These projects have included construction and design engineering on dam construction projects, geotechnical investigations, and foundations as well as land development design.
