operator of this facility was placed in receivership, and abandoned the facility in need of
infrastructure rehabilitation and subject to Notices of Violation issued by the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment.
Deere & Ault is providing ongoing services to rehabilitate and reestablish
environmental compliance at this swine finishing facility near Lamar, Colorado.
Deere & Ault Consultants, Inc. has been retained to provide water resources, environmental,
and agricultural engineering services in order to restore the productive function of facility
infrastructure and to resolve all outstanding matters of environmental compliance.
Ongoing work includes periodic site inspections, environmental testing and reporting, and modernization
feasibility investigations.
